Counselling
In addition to being a qualified antenatal educator and hypnobirthing practitioner, Zana is also a qualified and accredited counsellor. It's probably no surprise then that as a counsellor she specialises in working with adults who are struggling with difficult feelings or challenges arising from pregnancy, birth or parenting. Zana has been working in private practice since qualifying in 2010 and is an accredited member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society, which is registered with the Professional Standards Authority.

Zana works 1-1 with clients in a comfortable, dedicated room in her home, with separate entrance, just outside Totton, Hampshire. It is easily accessible from the M27, Southampton, New Forest, Romsey, Winchester and the surrounding area, being just off the main A35. Journey times from Romsey or central Southampton are about 15-20 minutes. There are also bus stops nearby with regular services from Southampton and the New Forest.
An initial 'assessment' appointment is £20 and lasts for up to an hour and a half.
Following this, if you and Zana decide to embark on regular, weekly counselling appointments the cost per 1 hour session is £45.
